The Brittany Leazer Productions Dance Company, led by renowned instructors Carnita Jones and Arianna Shropshire, is a selective, audition-only program for students who are passionate about growing in dance technique and performance. Designed for dedicated dancers, this program provides high-level training, focused discipline, and competitive performance opportunities within a structured, encouraging, Christ-centered environment.

Program Overview
Our Dance Company is designed for dancers who are ready to take the next step in their training. Through consistent, high-level instruction across multiple styles, dancers refine technique, build strength and versatility, and grow in confidence, discipline, and artistry.

Training and Committment
Dance Company members commit to a focused and disciplined training schedule designed to develop strong, well-rounded dancers.

Dancers train multiple hours each week and are expected to fully engage in all classes, rehearsals, and performances. This level of commitment supports technical excellence, personal growth, and strong team unity.
Performance and Competition
Dance Company members have the opportunity to perform and compete throughout the season, showcasing their training in a variety of styles. National competitions provide valuable performance experience, build confidence, and challenge dancers to grow in both skill and artistry.
Auditions and Enrollment
Entrance into Dance Company is by audition only. Dancers are placed in the appropriate level based on technique, experience, and readiness for the program’s expectations.
Dance Company is a full-season commitment, and consistent attendance is essential for both individual progress and team success.
The Nitty Gritty Details
REHEARSALS AND ADDITIONAL TRAINING
Dance Company rehearsals are on Wednesday nights and Thursday nights. Instructors reserve the right to call additional rehearsals as needed in preparation for competitions. Team members make a school-year commitment (August–May) and are expected to attend all rehearsals/classes unless absences have been cleared with appropriate staff or in the case of sickness. Private lessons are also available for students who desire additional one-on-one training.
TUITION AND FEES
Dance Company tuition is $280 monthly, charged August through May in alignment with the school-year calendar. Joining Dance Company, if invited, commits students to a full year of tuition, whether or not they fulfill their Company commitment. Pricing is not based on attendance, and no credits will be offered for missed classes.
If a student is accepted, an annual membership fee of $400 is due upon commitment to Dance Company (June).
Competition costs (2–3 per year) and costume fees are NOT included in tuition. Parents are responsible for all fees associate with competitions and end-of-year recitals, as well as all travel expenses involved.
