Brittany Leazer knows firsthand what it feels like to be the child who doesn't quite fit the mold. Growing up with ADHD and learning disabilities, she was often labeled as "too much", too talkative, too creative, too energetic. School was often a place where she felt misunderstood, but everything changed when she stepped onto a stage for the first time at age 6.
​
Through the performing arts, Brittany discovered something life-changing: a place where her creativity was celebrated, her voice mattered, and she was valued exactly as she was. Theatre became more than an activity; it became a refuge, a place of belonging, confidence, and purpose.
​
As she grew in her faith, Brittany began to recognize that God had used the arts to remind her of a deeper truth: that she was fearfully and wonderfully made, created intentionally by a loving Creator who delights in His children. That realization sparked a calling that would eventually become Brittany Leazer Productions.
​
Today, Brittany's mission extends far beyond teaching acting, singing, and dancing. She has dedicated her life to creating the kind of environment she needed as a child: a safe, encouraging space where every student is known, valued, and loved. A place where children can discover their gifts, build confidence, form meaningful friendships, and grow into the person God created them to be.
​
An award-winning actress, playwright, director, and theatre educator, Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Acting and a Master's Degree in Playwriting. She has produced and directed more than 100 children's and young adult theatre productions and has had the privilege of teaching hundreds of students throughout East Cobb, Marietta, and the North Metro Atlanta area.

Through high-quality, Christ-centered performing arts training, Brittany and her team strive to equip students with artistic excellence and to help them develop character, confidence, leadership, and a strong sense of identity. Whether a student dreams of performing professionally or simply needs a place to belong, Brittany believes every child deserves to be seen, encouraged, and reminded that their light was created to shine.

Jordan Watts has believed from an early age that the arts are one of God's most powerful gifts to humanity—a unique way to express what words alone often cannot. She sees music, theater, and storytelling as reflections of the Creator Himself, revealing beauty, truth, emotion, and the deeper realities of the human experience. This conviction has shaped both her life and her career.

Raised on stages as both a vocalist and theater performer, Jordan was already a working musician by the time she reached high school. What began as a love for music grew into a multifaceted career as a singer-songwriter, recording artist, session vocalist, worship leader, and professional songwriter.
Throughout her career, she has worked alongside Grammy Award-winning artists and producers, contributed vocals to award-winning projects, and built an extensive catalog of original music.

Yet despite opportunities that might have led her down a more traditional entertainment industry path, Jordan chose a different route. Rather than pursuing life on the road, she invested herself in something she considers far more meaningful: consistent, long-term relationships with students and young artists. In 2009, she began coaching vocalists, discovering that her greatest passion was not simply performing, but helping others find their voice, develop their gifts, and grow in confidence and character.

In 2019, Jordan joined Brittany Leazer Productions as Music Director and studio vocal coach, quickly becoming an integral part of the organization's artistic and educational mission. Her background extends beyond the performing arts into leadership, communications, marketing, and business consulting, giving her a unique ability to bridge creativity and strategy. Today, as Executive Director of Brittany Leazer Productions, she provides visionary leadership while helping cultivate an environment where young artists are challenged to pursue excellence both on and off the stage.

Jordan's greatest joy remains investing in the next generation. She believes the arts have the power not only to develop skill, but also to shape character, build confidence, foster meaningful relationships, and point students toward a deeper understanding of themselves and the heart of God.​

Sterling Bjerken is a BLP alum and longtime member of our theatre community. He earned his degree from Kennesaw State University and now serves on the fine arts faculty at Mt. Bethel Christian Academy. With a passion for teaching, acting, and improv, Sterling brings energy, creativity, and experience to our weekly acting classes. You may also spot him behind the scenes stage managing some of our productions!
Stacey De Martini is a member of the administrative team at Brittany Leazer Productions, helping support the day-to-day operations that keep productions running smoothly. A proud mom of four BLP students, she loves being part of a community where young performers can grow, create, and shine. Stacey also enjoys photographing BLP students, from professional headshots to memorable production moments.
Dena Friderich studied dance at Purdue University, where she performed with the Purdue Repertory Dance Company and Purdue Dance Team. Since 2014, she has taught jazz, hip hop, acrobatics, and musical theatre dance and has choreographed productions across the Atlanta area, including for Tolbert and BLP. She is passionate about helping young performers grow in both skill and confidence.
Alison Graham is a vocal coach and recording artist with a Music Education degree from University of South Florida. A five-time winner of the National Association of Teachers of Singing vocal competition, she has recorded for brands including Disney and Verizon and performed on a Grammy-nominated recording with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Over her 27 years of teaching, her students have gone on to prestigious music schools and professional performance careers across Broadway and beyond.
Jordan Rivers is a musical theatre performer with a degree in Performance Studies from Kennesaw State University. A lifelong theatre lover, he has performed in countless productions including Newsies, The Wizard of Oz, Little Shop of Horrors, Once on This Island, and Beauty and the Beast, and has experience stage managing youth theatre productions. In addition to his work with Brittany Leazer Productions, Jordan is also a full-time performer for The Walt Disney Company.
Arianna Shropshire is an Atlanta-based dancer, choreographer, and director with training in ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre, and hip hop. She began teaching and choreographing at 15 and has worked with organizations including The Strand Theatre, The Georgia Ballet, and Marietta High School. Arianna is passionate about helping young performers grow in both technique and confidence while pursuing their individual goals.
Dawna Thomas is a highly experienced and innovative vocal pedagogy teacher and coach, bringing over 34 years of expertise to her students. With a passion for vocal health and artistry, she incorporates the latest science-based methods to promote sustainable, expressive vocal development—all within an engaging and supportive environment.
Jen Watson serves in an administrative role at BLP, helping oversee the day-to-day operations, organization, and coordination that keep the program running smoothly for students and families. She is also involved in music direction and enjoys helping young performers grow in confidence and creativity through theatre. Jen and her husband are proud parents of four children, all of whom actively participate in the theatre program.
Katie Wilson has 15+ years of experience teaching young performers musical theatre, acting, and dance. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy of Los Angeles, and has directed/choreographed shows at Once Upon a Ballet & Musical Theatre Center, Fellowship Christian School, The Atlanta Jewish Academy, and more. Katie has a deep love for Jesus and empowering students in their confidence and creativity on and off stage.
Claire Young began her dance training at Tolbert-Yilmaz School of Dance and later earned a BFA in Ballet Performance from University of Oklahoma. She has performed professionally with companies including Columbia City Ballet, Montgomery Ballet, and Chattanooga Ballet. Claire has taught ballet and pointe since 2010 and is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the next generation of performers.
