More Than Theatre
At Brittany Leazer Productions, we believe theatre does exactly as Oscar Wilde described: it connects hearts, shapes character, and helps young people discover who they were created to be.
Brittany Leazer Productions is a Christ-centered youth performing arts organization serving families throughout East Cobb, Marietta, and the North Metro Atlanta area. Since 2017, we have provided high-quality performing arts education where artistic excellence and spiritual growth develop side by side.

How It Began
Brittany Leazer Productions was born from a calling, not simply a business idea.
As a child, Brittany experienced firsthand the transformative power of the performing arts. The stage became a place where creativity was celebrated, confidence was built, and gifts were discovered. Through that experience, she came to understand how profoundly the arts can shape a young person's life, not only as a performer, but as an individual created with purpose and value.
Years later, after building a career in acting, playwriting, directing, and arts education, Brittany felt called to create the kind of environment that helps young people thrive both artistically and personally. She envisioned a place where students would receive exceptional training while also being encouraged, mentored, and reminded of their God-given worth.
In 2017, that vision became reality with the founding of Brittany Leazer Productions and East Cobb Theatrical, our nonprofit arm.
What began as a small group of students rehearsing in shared spaces quickly grew into something much larger. Families were drawn not only to the quality of the productions and instruction, but also to the culture being created. Students found a place where they were known, encouraged, challenged, and celebrated. Parents discovered a community committed to developing the whole child, not just as performers, but as leaders, storytellers, and young men and women of character.
Year after year, that vision continued to grow.
Today, Brittany Leazer Productions and East Cobb Theatrical serve hundreds of students each year through classes, productions, camps, leadership programs, and mentorship opportunities. What began in borrowed rehearsal spaces has grown into a thriving community where young people develop artistic excellence, build confidence, form lasting friendships, and discover who God created them to be.
While our roots are in North Metro Atlanta, our vision extends far beyond a single community. We believe the performing arts have the power to transform lives, strengthen families, and shape the next generation of storytellers, leaders, and culture-makers. As we look toward the future, we are committed to expanding opportunities for students, creating original and impactful theatrical experiences, producing professional-caliber work, and building Christ-centered creative spaces where young people can flourish.
At its core, our purpose remains unchanged: to create places where students are known, loved, challenged, and inspired to become who God created them to be. Guided by the words of Matthew 5:16, "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven," we seek to cultivate young artists who use their gifts not for personal recognition, but to serve others, tell meaningful stories, and reflect God's light in their communities and beyond.
Our story is ultimately not about a person, a building, or even a stage. It is about lives being transformed through the arts, gifts being discovered, confidence being built, and young people learning to use their unique voices to make a difference in the world.
A Place Where Young Artists Flourish
Brittany Leazer Productions provides professional-level performing arts training for children and teens in a supportive Christian community. Our programs develop both artistic skill and personal confidence while giving students meaningful performance experiences.
Our program offerings include:
Open-School Productions
Open School Shows are designed to be welcoming and accessible to any student within the designated age range. Auditions help determine roles, but every participant is cast. This inclusive, teaching-focused model guides both our BLP mainstage productions and our elementary after-school programs.
Audition-Only Companies
Our Company programs provide structured, advanced training for students ready to take their performing arts education to the next level. With both Musical Theatre and Dance Company pathways, participants engage in focused instruction and performance opportunities that challenge them to grow in skill, discipline, and artistic excellence.
Weekly Classes
Each week, students participate in engaging classes in dance, group vocal, acting, film, and other performing arts disciplines. Our skilled and encouraging instructors help students grow in ability, confidence, and creativity while learning in a welcoming environment.
Private Lessons
BLP provides individualized instruction in voice, dance, and acting with exceptional Atlanta-area instructors. Lessons are customized to meet each student where they are, offering focused support and personal feedback. This one-on-one approach helps students grow in technique, confidence, and performance skills at a pace that fits them.
A Thriving Community
Brittany Leazer Productions has become one of the most active youth performing arts programs in northern Georgia, serving families across East Cobb and all of North Metro Atlanta. While impressive benchmarks have indeed been met, the greatest impact is seen in transformed lives. Young people who join our community are growing in skill, confidence, character, and purpose, and that is our greatest joy!
